What types of house checks does Country Comfort do?
Scheduled and unscheduled. Scheduled house checks are pre-determined in advance. Checks can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Unscheduled house checks arise out of an urgent or emergency situation.
What is the response to an unscheduled check?
Responses are scheduled according to the time received and location. Enrollment in a Comfort Plan provides a guaranteed response time.
What happens during a house check? Below is a snapshot:
