Mary Anne:

Since the time Andrew and Suzi Soltano founded Country Comfort, we have been relying on them for all our second home needs. We have a house in Taghkanic, and the Soltanos have helped us with major projects as well as important upkeep chores. And they do so with such competence, intelligence, efficiency, promptness, skill, and good humor that we are always grateful and pleased!

Andrew redid our entire kitchen with new counters and cabinets, installed a new boiler and a new toilet, insulated our basement, laid down wood floors in our kitchen/dining area, and painted our house. He also mows our lawn and plows the snow. Suzi will turn up the heat in our house before we arrive upstate in the winter and has even gone to Hannafords Pharmacy to pick up prescriptions that I needed mailed to me in Brooklyn. They have also interfaced with telephone company visits when we couldn’t be there, do walk-through check-ups to the house when we are away for a period of time, and take in our mail.

In addition, the Soltanos are always at the ready in case of emergency. Andrew changed our flat tire, he pulled us out with chains on his truck when our car slid into a ditch of mud, and once we were caught in our house in a huge snow storm with several trees fallen across our driveway. We had to leave for a funeral, and Andrew was out there sawing the trees so we could get out in time.

As you can see, we love these guys and trust them implicitly. Their only deficiency is that we can’t clone them to bring them back for our Brooklyn projects! We highly recommend any project you may have to their capable and honest hands.
